Our approach to team leadership training

The goal of a leadership course is to empower personal leadership skills and gain insights on team development, with a focus on self-knowledge.

Our challenging program, developed from military and Special Forces team leader experience, aims to reveal blind spots through feedback from the instruction cadre, fellow participants, and your own self-reflection.

This course is suitable for both existing teams and individuals new to working together.

About the Mavens Academy

We believe in accelerated learning, meaning we have a compressed curriculum, individual- and group-paced instruction, a practically oriented program and continuous debriefs. We also use Virtual Reality (VR) technology in some of our modules.
